SAMTAC Refund Policy
SAMTAC Services refund policy is straightforward. For now, we don’t have any online payment system. We are not receiving any payment in advance. When you will get our service then you will pay for our service.
If you have any booking and you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Notification must be in written format and to be sent to hello@samtacservices.com with your name, email and contact number as you used for booking to verify you. Otherwise, in any other case, you will pay to our cleaner.
SAMTAC Services will charge you for your finalized bookings. You will not pay any extra charges after this. If you face any extra charges or you want to get extra service please confirm us first.
